The Madrid Youth Cup Summer 2025, organized by Fútbol In Events, took place in Madrid from 23–27 August for the U18 category and 29–31 August for the U16 category, bringing together top national and international clubs in an edition full of competitiveness, fair play, and a great atmosphere.
U18 Category (23–27 August)
The group stage featured high-level matches with two evenly contested groups:
- Group A: CD Leganés, Atlético de Madrid, Origen Andaluz, ED Moratalaz, and Jomo Cosmos.
- Group B: Rayo Vallecano, Rayo C. Alcobendas, Getafe CF, CDF Tres Cantos, and AD La Plata.
In the semifinals:
- CD Leganés 1 – 0 Rayo C. Alcobendas
- Atlético de Madrid 2 – 1 Rayo Vallecano
The final, played on 27 August, saw Atlético de Madrid defeat CD Leganés 3–2, becoming the U18 champions.
U16 Category (29–31 August)
The U16 competition also delivered exciting games, with two competitive groups:
- Group A: Rayo Vallecano, Getafe CF, JEF Chiba, Kariya JY “A”, and AD La Plata.
- Group B: CD Leganés, Rayo C. Alcobendas, ED Moratalaz, Origen Andaluz, and Kariya JY “B”.
In the semifinals:
- Rayo C. Alcobendas 2 – 0 Rayo Vallecano
- CD Leganés 2 – 0 Getafe CF
The final, played on 31 August, ended in a thrilling 2–2 draw between Rayo C. Alcobendas and CD Leganés. After a penalty shootout, Rayo C. Alcobendas was crowned U16 champion with a 5–4 victory.
